Iwani Conseil, represented by Elysée Roche Tombidam, one of the founders of the firm, was selected by the General Secretariat of the Africa-France Summit, Digital Africa and the members of the Challenge 1000 Entrepreneurs jury to be among the winners.
As its name indicates in the national language of the Central African Republic, Iwani, also known as "we ourselves" reflects the will of the partners to federate and create an endogenous dynamic. It is a multidisciplinary consulting and expertise firm that assists its clients in their transformations and their strategic, organizational, HR, legal and managerial issues. The firm intervenes in Studies, Consulting, Training and Deployment.
As a young firm founded by the Iwani Group and headquartered in Bangui, Iwani Conseil organized last November the seminar "Winning the challenges of the future" for the benefit of local organizations and interested individuals. This seminar took place at the Economic and Social Council of the Central African Republic and was an opportunity for the founding members to present the structure and lead various workshops over two days.
This structure has applied to be finally selected among the 1000 Entrepreneurs from 53 African countries. These Entrepreneurs of which 500 men and 500 women are active in the fields of water-sanitation, waste treatment, energy, digital, agriculture, mobility and many other areas. Composed mainly of young people, the 1000 Entrepreneurs are the bearers of innovative solutions to build together the African economies of tomorrow.
Invited to the Africa-France 2020 summit, initially scheduled for June 4 in Bordeaux, France, the selected entrepreneurs will have to wait because the crisis linked to the Covid-19 pandemic has forced the organizers to postpone the meeting. Support is now available to them.
The winners, including Iwani Conseil, will benefit from a dedicated support programme to facilitate their access to financing, training, networking and the visibility of their projects. The programme will be based on a fabric of French and African partnerships, through mentoring, networking, scholarships and public and private funding.
The Secretary General of the Africa-France 2020 Summit, in a letter, praises the energy, creativity, resilience and professionalism of Iwani Conseil. "France is proud to provide practical and long-term support for you, actors of change," welcomed Stéphanie Rivoal, Secretary General of the Africa-France 2020 Summit.
